Delivery times vary depending on the destination, trip complexity, and current workload. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date after booking.

Payments are securely processed online. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Because every itinerary is personalized and requires significant research and planning time, refunds are not available once work has started.

Scope of Service

I provide personalized travel planning services based on my personal travel experience and research.
Depending on the package selected, services may include itinerary creation, destination recommendations, hotel suggestions, route optimization, transportation guidance, and travel planning consultations.
I am not a travel agency and do not book or reserve flights, accommodations, tours, restaurants, transportation, or any other third-party services on your behalf.
All recommendations are suggestions only, and the final booking decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Delivery

The information required to create your itinerary will be collected through a questionnaire and/or email communication.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, trip complexity, and current workload. An estimated delivery date will be communicated after purchase.

Revisions

The number of revisions included depends on the package purchased.
Additional revisions or major itinerary changes may require an additional fee.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before work begins.
All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the service and the time invested in research and itinerary creation, refunds are not available once work has started.
If you have concerns about the delivered itinerary, I will do my best to address them within the revision limits of your package.

While I strive to provide accurate and up-to-date travel information, I cannot guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, opening hours, or policies of any third-party service, accommodation, attraction, or transportation provider.
I am not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, cancellation, disruption, or expenses incurred during your travels.
Travelers remain responsible for checking entry requirements, visas, travel advisories, health requirements, insurance coverage, and any other conditions relevant to their trip.

Any personal information shared for the purpose of creating your itinerary will be used only to provide the requested service and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
